Wooden Ships Shipping Policy
For your convenience, Wooden Ships offers free shipping on model ships within the U.S. with certain restrictions applying. There is a $10.00 shipping charge for the nautical art porthole series. Old World Trading Co. will ship a model ship for you anywhere within the continental United States. Some of our smaller models may be shipped via conventional carriers, while the larger models are fully insured, large wooden crates secured to a pallet and trucked to their destination. It is always easier and more convenient to ship to a place of business, and for this reason there is an additional $40.00 redelivery fee to a home when the trucking company makes delivery arrangements and the customer is not home to receive it. Please supply us with your name, address and phone number so that the trucker can contact you on delivery day.
Remember, all of our models ships are assembled. There is no 1 to 2 hour assembly required.
For multiple ship orders, add $25.00 per ship to the ship charge.

Product Return Policy
Old World Trading Company ships out each model fully insured and inspected. If you receive damaged merchandise Old World Trading will replace the damaged piece or issue a store credit towards another piece in our line. All product must be inspected within 3 days of receipt. We must be notified of any damages within 3 days of receiving your model. Send pictures of the damage via e-mail or hardcopy pictures by mail. If you receive the product and are not satisfied with the item. Old World Trading will issue full credit towards any piece in our line.
